Four Things for His Fourth Birthday

1. He loves trucks and trains and just about anything else with wheels — lawn mowers, vacuum cleaners, strollers.
2. His favorite toy is his Legos. We celebrated his birthday at the park on Saturday, but really he would have preferred to have everyone over to our apartment, so that they could see the awesome that is his Legos.
3. He’s unusually articulate for a boy his age. But of all the things he says, my favorite is, “I wanna show you someping.”
4. We started calling him the Critter long before he was born. Now he’s much more boy than Critter. From now on (just at the blog, of course), I’ll be calling him L.

And too, I love him so.
